I have loved working with Darian! She's super versatile and always pushes and encourages me with every set. Not only does she keep me on track with my training and diet, but she is also a great person to talk to about the mental side of things regarding my health. She is super approachable, so if I ever have questions about anything, she will always help out.
I've been training with Dazz for just over a week. On following the workout plan she created for me, within a week all my aches and pains have disappeared. I've had absolutely no flare ups of issues related to past injuries. The tailored nutrition and wellbeing plan has been easy to follow and stick with and already I'm feeling more clearheaded and calmer.

Dazz is an amazing personal trainer, she has always made sure that I’m staying in track with workouts, dieting and other things. Not only does she become your PT, she also becomes someone who you can talk to about anything really. If you tell dazz something she will remember it and bring it up in conversation during sessions which to me shows she’s actually listening and wants to know you as a person, not a client.
